Situated on Short 7th Avenue in the Historic warehouse district of Laurel, this quaint little cottage offers a fully stocked kitchen, coffee/ beverage bar, comfortable living room, 2 queen BR and 2 full baths (a shower and a tub/shower combo). This precious home can accommodate 5 guests comfortably, as there is a roll away cot available for the 5th guest. From the front porch you have perfect access to the Bird Dog Cafe that was featured on Our Hometown's HGTV. Surrounded by delicious restaurants, gift shops, other charming Air bnb's, and the new Caron South Art Studio, which is next door to Mayhaw Place. From here, you are in walking distance to all of Downtown Laurel. Just down the street, is ''Miss Pearl's'' home that was also featured on HGTV's Our Hometown. You can experience the charm and elegance of Laurel's beautiful historic homes on the avenues. Don't forget to visit the Lauren Rogers Museum on 5th Avenue; it is a MUST see.
